Used it once during the free trail and i am now automatically being charged the next subsequent month although i requested to terminate a number of times. My ‘free 1 month trial’ also became 2 months, where i am currently being charged on the second month. It is also odd that a simple ‘unsubscribe’ is not found in the app or website, unless ‘terminate account’ means this. Of which, i requested multiple times and have been rejected from terminating because my account is still valid(?). New users who just want to try, please note you need to request to ‘terminate your account’ 4-5 days prior to the end of subscription, of which you actually need to account for their 3-5 business days to finish the transaction. I still don’t know how accurate this is since i haven’t been refunded. As for users who plan to use it monthly, the cars are decent but their customer service may take awhile to answer you if you ever need their help. Don’t bother using their messaging system too because it doesn’t work. Please make sure you understand the risks of their accident policy before you use. It is best to ask someone who is an existing member more details before you start using.
