Tropical Forest: Match 3D Game

I love this game, but I don’t know how much longer I will continue to play it. I’ve been stuck on the same puzzle for over a week now!! I’m losing interest, because I cannot progress. I really don’t want to delete it, but I can’t continue playing this game if it won’t let me progress. I initially gave it 5 stars, I have downgraded it to 4 stars. I’m getting frustrated and about ready to find a new favorite game, unless you make the puzzles easier, or don’t limit the number of moves you can make to complete the puzzle. I will continue taking stars away every week, until there are no stars left!!!! Fix this!!! Or lose a player and get a really bad review!!!! I really don’t want to give up, but I will if I have to. Thanks!! P.s. Not trying to be ugly or anything, I just want to play this game!!!!!

I initially gave this game 5 stars as it’s the BEST Match 3 game I’ve ever played. Sooo unique and gets better with every level... until you reach level 366. I understand there are challenging levels, but there is absolutely NO WAY to pass this level with the amount of moves given without purchasing coins to buy an amulet. If there is, I’d like to see it. And there is no way to earn more coins without passing this level. I have spent two weeks or trying to beat a level but I knew that it was possible to beat. Level 366 is not. One thing I loved so much about this game was that no matter how difficult the level is, it was always winnable with the right moves and did not REQUIRE an amulet. So I have a suggestion. Add a wheel with a daily spin where you can earn coins, amulets, 5 extra moves, unlimited lives for 30 minutes, etc. Nearly almost every other game like this has either a daily gift for returning or a daily spin. Thank you for reading this and I hope you’ll consider my suggestion. I hate not being able to play! ☹️
