AI App Builder Appy Pie

This platform has been an excellent solution for allowing me to build the website for my agency. Using pre-made design templates that help me to easily build the website. I liked that you just have to simply drag and drop layouts and formatting tools. Also, so easy to add a variety of widgets and apps. Appy Pie made it extremely easy to design a website with hundreds of templates and tools. They are also doing customer support at a level for above almost every other platform I had experience with over the last year. I have never waited more than a few minutes for them to respond.

Was looking for an easy to use website builder and came across appy pie, it was easy to start the creation of my website, what I love is that they offer so many different features and they help you all the way thru from beginning to end. Great support as well 24/7 available on call or chat. I would highly recommend anyone looking to build a business or personal website.

I reached out to customer support because I already paid, but the app wasn’t allowing me to edit the app I paid for. I was told I needed to pay the premium price because it is Apple product. But online it says that’s specifically for the launch page, for the app to be ON Apple devices. There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to edit my app just because I have an Apple device, the downloaded app is basically blank. Customer support kept telling me I was wrong, i did my best to explain the issue and my confusion to be told I am not following instructions. When I sent screenshots I was told my screenshots were “wrong”.???? I was told I was wasting their time and could have launched the app by now, but because I couldn’t even log in to their service on safari. I was stuck on “reset your password” and the rep kept saying I was being difficult. I changed my password 6 times to be told again that I am incapable of following instructions. Worst customer service ever. Only to see their 5 star reviews are seemingly fake too. I tried to cancel my service but I can’t unless I email their team, which seems really complicated and wrong, I had to ask over 5 times to cancel to be given the email where I can do this....
