This is very easy to install on my iPhone, and user friendly. I got a nice clear connection on both audio and video. I wish more doctors had this service. This is the medicine of the future, right at your fingertips.

I have never been able to connect with my doctor successfully now for a few months. I'm a computer support professional. Today I had duplicate appointments showing on my I phone at 10 AM. But when logging into their website, the same 2 appointments show as 2 PM. So I start one on my phone and 5 after 10 the doctor's office calls (and if course I'm kicked or of the session as YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE APP AT ALL WHILE IN A SESSION. YOU KNOW LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE ON iOS can.) So I end up with a phone call allotment again. I wonder how much the doctor has to pay for this "service". How are retirees, non-technical people to deal with this. Very frustrating. What a shame.

Anti spam laws require companies/products to include unsubscribe links in emails and notification settings for consumers. Kareo does not provide that basic service and their customer service team basically told me there wasn’t anything I could do about it. I receive both an email and a text reminder when my appointment is created, a reminder the day before my appointment and a reminder day-of appointment (so 6 notifications all together with no customization settings).
