App Profile: ITaksi

Thanks to the fare estimation feature, iTaksi lets you know the cost of a trip in advance. The “Fare Calculation” screen will provide you with an estimation of the expected fare and duration prior to the trip.
Waiting indefinitely for a taxi in the rain will no longer be a burden- iTaksi will pair you with the nearest available taxi at the touch of a button, rendering traditional taxi-hailing outdated.
iTaksi offers three means of travel depending on your needs: Standard yellow taxi, turquoise taxi for more comfortable rides and black taxi for luxury while traveling.
There are 3 payment methods at your disposal: cash, credit card and istanbulkart. You can define multiple credit cards in advance and specify the one you wish to pay with for a particular ride.
Upon the end of the ride, you are granted the option to rate the driver and submit a comment.
To save you time, frequently used addresses may be saved under “Favorites” so as to speed up taxi requests.
To ensure security, the iTaksi vehicles are equipped with dual cameras and record video images, without sound.
