I downloaded this app as part of school bus service. It hasn’t worked once since transportation started. I sent messages, not sure administrators ever received it, the map feature has never tracked the bus and the student, either one or the other, but most often none. Even the back button is sketchy….. sorry, really wanted to love but……not impressed……

This app has some good features and great potential but it has serious flaws that are a problem for a parent: the dates don’t work! If your child needs to take the late bus today and you submit that form, it appears in the system for tomorrow so your child’s school doesn’t know (which means no ride and school is very far). You have to put in yesterday’s date and hope the child’s name appears on today’s roster but that is unnerving for a parent so we have to call the school anyways. No point in having the app.

In our times reliability is everything. This app gives you a good idea where the bus is at but 50-60% it’s crashes A LOT! There’s times I can see my kids but 50 min in advance & times where 5-10 min before bus arrives - I CANT SEE WHERE ITS AT. I wish they would fix this
