I've just got to comment on the Mr. Rebounder app experience! I have rebounded for years, on and off. I saw this app some time ago, but only in the last seven months have I decided to subscribe and catapult my rebounding to new heights of enjoyment, and health! I tinker with things. That is something I enjoy. So, after listening to a variety of music included in the app, I noticed something interesting. There is a simple way to mute the music, but the DING between exercises still rings out! So, I have the app on my iPad, which is on a stand on a shelf in front of my rebounder. I play music, or a podcast, from my phone through speakers in my room. And, I still hear the DING easily, marking time to move to the next movement! Wow! Custom playlists while rebounding! Lastly, thank you, Dave, for the app update. I love the new graphics... just beautiful! Lesssssss Go!
I’ve been a long-time rebounder enthusiast (early 2000s) but only discovered the Cellerciser in the past three years. And that’s when I found out about the Mr. Rebounder app. At first, I didn’t think I needed it, because I had my own routines created — granted, they were on little post-it notes stuck all over the wall, and I had a sweep second hand on my clock to help keep time of how long I was doing each exercise. Anyway, jump ahead to the app — it does everything for you! You select what level you’d like to workout in, and within each level there are at least 12 or more different routines. As well, each movement is timed and a “ding” tells you to go to the next movement. In addition, there are several music styles for you to choose from, and within each style 6-7 different tracks that loop. There are even backgrounds (for the Avatar), to select from (beach, mountains, cityscape, forest, island, etc.), again, lots of options. As if all that wasn’t enough, one can create their own routine, set the length of time for each movement, choose their background and music, and save it. Of course, one can edit their routine(s) anytime. One can even clone one of the existing routines, and then edit it to become one of your own routines. One nice touch is one doesn’t have to listen to the app’s music tracks but can play your own music, or have no music playing if you’re watching the TV. While there might be other ways to find rebounding routines to help you stay excited about rebounding, the Mr. Rebounding app takes the guess work and time out of exhausting searches on the internet. Dave Hall and his team have created an app with a rebounder in mind, offering different levels, endless options, and an easy way to stay motivated, thus continue to stay healthy for the rest of your life.
I received my rebounder several weeks ago. I was particularly interested in improving my strength in anticipation of my recent Holy land tour with my daughter. I used the 10 plus minute workouts up to the time of our departure and am glad I did. I was able to participate in all the hikes and walks that the week long visit provided. Israel is very hilly with many walks up and down stairs and hills. I floated in the Dead Sea and walked many steps each day according to my Apple Watch. I turned 86 in April and feel most grateful to the inventor of the Cellerciser. I had purchased a similar unit years ago but with the bungee cords was unable to reach my strength training goals. Thank you for a great and easy to follow program. Sincerely, Carol Thrush
