Finsmart app is a complete disaster. Even after updating to the latest version, it keeps showing “Please update to the latest version,” making it impossible to use. The app is full of glitches, extremely frustrating, and wastes a lot of time. The developers seriously need to fix these issues instead of releasing useless updates. Very disappointing experience.

You can’t see your statement, you can’t see purchasing history, you can’t pay credit cards bill. Why they developed this app I don’t understand.

Didn’t expect this kind of lousy product from the makers of dmoney! The app is not customised for iphones i guess as the screen and icons are not in alignment. Not able to see the e-statement for credit cards. Not able to see the complete breakdown of purchases made via credit card. Not able to change the information (i.e. address , NID number,passport number) Not able to pay or even link to other MFS. I wonder what is the purpose of this app?
