App läuft nicht
Ich kann jetzt schon seit 2 Monaten nicht mehr auf die App zugreifen, da der Server meinen Account nicht findet. Sowohl der Zugriff auf die App als auch die Passwortrücksetzung läuft auf Fehler. Zugriff bzw. Rücksetzung nicht möglich. Zwei Anfragen per Mail an die Servicehotline blieben unbeantwortet. Bei drei Telefonaten wurde auf die hauseigene IT verwiesen, welche sich melden soll. (Ist natürlich nicht erfolgt) Da die App nicht läuft, ist sie unbrauchbar. Dies ist umso ärgerlicher, da ich den QR-Code nicht scannen kann. Von einer Kundenbetreuung erwarte ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung.
