A very simple app that has a way too extensive user agreement and doesn’t offer much. The issue reporting is fine, if the city takes action. The rest of the app is just external links to city webpages that are not mobile friendly.
Really liking the app so far. I’ve been able to report various potholes and received prompt responses from city. Several were fixed within days. Thank you Rome!!
Recent update on 12/15/20, app crashed constantly. App is not compatible with iOS dark mode. City of Rome, please hire better app developer. This developer stinks!
