Worst app on earth, the map view barely works, you will be auto assigned a driver without told price and have 0 idea how much it may cost unlike penny cabs, you will also then be texted and called by penny cabs constantly, this app is basically just malware avoid it

Card payment option would be great for this app. Frustrating that it doesn’t have it. Means I will have to use penny cars when I’d rather use swift.

Booked taxi for ASAP, operator confirmed booking with a ten minute wait. After 20 I called to see where my taxi was, to be told, it was booked for tomorrow morning and I wouldn’t be able to get a taxi in the next half an hour. When I pointed out it wasn’t my fault their system had booked it wrong the answer was it wasn’t their fault either!!! Terrible app and terrible service has just lost them a regular customer.
