1tap tax: Self Assessment Help

Very good app however since updating to iOS 17, it won’t let me open the app as it keeps on crashing. Use this for my business so would be ideal for it to be fixed ASAP!

The app has been brilliant and the most user-friendly I’ve seen. But there have been the promise of new features ‘coming soon’ for many years - mileage tracker and invoicing capabilities. The latter in particular would be of great use to me and if the interface is as good as the rest it would be a brilliant addition to the app. I emailed the support team several times over the last 5 years to ask about these features as there is a link to keep updated on them and was basically told to carry on looking out for them… I cancelled my subscription in the end as I would now like to incorporate invoicing and sadly this doesn’t offer it.

This is a very handy app for making recipients digital, and keeping track of income and outgoings. The upcoming improvements look very good, be sure to log onto 1tap on the laptop too as it gives a much better overview of your finances. One improvement could be being able to retry an upload when a receipt says it has failed to upload normal due to poor internet on my side. Having to figure out which receipt hasn’t uploaded can be tricky. Also if it could flag any duplicate receipts this would help too. Overall though a must for keeping track of paper work. A massive help and 5 stars from me!
