Go Back to the Old Design!
The new UI is frankly, awful. Not only does it look like a cheap knock off of Instagram which makes me feel like my football club is scumming me, but it’s also horribly optimized. Nothing loads anymore. Updates won’t load. Match live tracker glitches back to the beginning of the match or random points in the match. It’s an eyesore and difficult to do what I need to do. The previous UI was user-friendly, effective, and didn’t break when you tried to do anything. Suboptimal.

Love Burnley, Don’t Love the App
When I first downloaded this app, it quickly became my lifeline to the club as an American fan. Over the past few years the updates made it less user friendly, but still it gave me the information that i needed. Unfortunately, the latest update has made the app completely useless as the homepage never loads. I really hope the good people at Burnley will fix this so that fans worldwide can reconnect with the club!

Keeps me up to date with all things Burnley!! Wish they had some sort of live commentary during the games though. All in all a great app!
