ANCHEER-Plus

I ordered two electric bikes from this company. Gave them the exact name and description of the bike that was built from their company and tried to order parts from them. The answer me back with nice, but stupid, replies bypassing The request for parts that I described with pictures. I truly don’t believe they understand the English language. I have sent many requests even attaching links to their own website! To no avail! They asked me to put the parts in the shopping cart, yet they sell very few generic parts that don’t even go to the bike I have nor does it describe specifically which bike it goes to. They massively put their name on a bike that I’m not even sure they build. Stay away from ANCHEER! Very reasonably priced bikes… But not worth it since you can’t order parts from them and no owners or service manual comes with the Ebikes! Bad business!

The app needs a lot of work. The speed settings are very confusing. It says it can go up to 30 but my speed can only be adjusted to 25? The self Checking info is inaccurate as my bike said everything is 100% but the break line needed to be fixed and the bike was sent with the horn NOT working. How can the app still say the bike is 100% ok? Battery also said 100% but the bike would not keep the charge despite switching out cords The password settings are in Chinese so if you accidentally press the wrong button & save, you’re stuck. No way to reset password without old one. Lastly, this app almost never updates. I’ve had this app for almost 6 months and nothing. Hoping the app gets better

This app gives a lot of useful information but is lacking 3 critical things. 1) the ability to set a passcode. 2) the ability to lock and unlock through the app so no one can take it and ride it without owners consent. 3) The option to switch to MPH. this is important here in the USA. After all it is how we judges our speed. Please fix these things and it will be an amazing product.
