The first time I started playing it, it was great and fun, so, at least from the bit I experienced, I can tell it’s a great game, but I did experience some technical difficulties when playing the game. At first, it zoomed in at awkward places (like placing me in water in the first puzzle, or putting the bottom of the setting at the top of my screen,) which was inconvenient, but I decided to just close the app and try again. However, when I did this, it no longer allows me to start the game again. It sets me up to wait for the dream world to load and got stuck loading. I don’t think this is a common error, but I tried deleting and redownloading the game, but after I close out of the app the same issue happens. I think I’ll hold onto the app and see if is eventually fixed in an update, but it’s really a shame I can’t play the game. I’d recommend it, but don’t be too disappointed if any issues arise.

This is what AR is for. To have waterfalls spilling from hovering boxes floating mid-air in your dining room, to have an entire island surrounded by sparkling blue water and seagulls flying overhead on your kitchen table, to have an enchanting musical score playing in the background and a magical mystery to solve and help Alice all right in front of you in your home on your table you can completely walk around and zoom into and out of and interact with well…the future is here and it’s bewitching.

I was looking forward to this app, but this game is A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I kept trying to play the game, but because of lack luster instructions, I tried to do what the PICTURES showed, but nothing worked. (Yes, the instructions are in pictures). Perhaps this wouldn’t be so frustrating if there was a proper introduction explaining the concepts and goals, but any and all instructions I was offered was to turn the image in the game (I believe once again the instructions were in picture form, so while it would have been refreshing if it had work, all I felt was frustration). Sadly I turned the image every which way and did not get the desired result. Sigh. Overall a great waste of time and a disappointment.
