I use this to follow and record the daily PT regimen assigned by my Physical Therapist and to communicate with him. The idea of this app is brilliant. Love the idea! Makes me want to do my exercises to check off all the boxes, has a video to refresh my memory, and provides a feedback option to communicate with my therapist if I’m experiencing pain or a problem — WHEN IT WORKS. That’s the problem. More than half the time (~75%), the app doesn’t work. It usually doesn’t permit me to *mark each exercise as complete, *message my therapist about the exercise being done, or *check the boxes. When I log out to reboot it, the boxes are then all checked even though I didn’t do the workout. Really disappointing. So if your memory isn’t great, or you have to break up the workout to fit it into your day, you have to pay attention to where you stopped b/c the app will just reflect that you’ve done everything. This app functionality is lame and could use some coding PT.

UPDATE: I still hate this app. Not only can I not use biometrics on my newer iPhone 11 ( so I keep using my iPhone 6), but now I can’t see both of my “care plans”. I can only see the new one. I have to go online to see the other! The company who had this app developed really doesn’t care about ease of use!
I was delighted to find out my physical therapist/personal trainer could provide me with an app to use for my daily workouts. I was disappointed in the app’s lack of flexibility. There’s no way to modify or shift exercises in their order, or daily schedule. I was annoyed by the inability to check off my exercises unless I logged out and back into the app. I only found this out, by multiple trial and error. Finally, when I tried to login today, there was no notification as to why the app would not work. After deleting the app, reinstalling the app, trying another device, and cycling my phone, I tried to login online. That’s where I found a notice that they’re working on the development side. It would’ve been nice to receive a notification.

I’m new to the app and was excited to have it available. Day one was great. After my next PT session, new exercises were added so on Day Two I started my workout. I had completed and checked off two exercises when the app stopped letting me check off more. I then followed the advice given by the app for technical issues and sent an email to support. It came back “undeliverable: email address does not exist.”
Came here only to see that people have been complaining about this SAME problem for at least 3 years. Obviously it’s an abandoned app. Will let my PT practice know to search for a better one.
