Would really like to see an update added to schedule open and close options. Very cumbersome to try and get IIOT to work it and Google Home Routines is not reliant either. PLEASE ADD OPTION 🙏

I’ve had a Gogogate2 for a few years now with no issues. So I figured this would be the same. I was wrong. It works as far as being able to open and close my garage door via my cellphone, however, as per government regulations, it’s supposed to make an audio sound and a visual indication that it’s about to operate the garage door (opening and closing). This clearly has speakers on it and a light, but it doesn’t make any sounds or flash any lights when operating. Finding a solution for this wasn’t easy either. But what I did find didn’t help. It stated to go into the settings on the app and click on “Sound” and that’s where you can turn the feature on or off. The problem with that is in the settings, there is no “Sound” option. The biggest problem with this is customer service. There’s no phone number to call, just an email address which states your email will be answered within 24 hours of sending it. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t heard a thing for 4 days now. I’ll be returning this and it’s a shame because it probably was a simple fix, but poor customer service is something I just refuse to deal with. Especially not in this day and age where there are so many alternatives.

I bought one of these 5 years ago, and eventually got it to work with my garage door; however it features an incredibly annoying bright flashing light accompanied by an even more annoying beep beep noise. After numerous complaints to the company, they finally admitted this warning "feature" could be disabled.... But only by doing a complete factory reset and then reconfiguring everything. Idiots! Even worse, when my internet provider "upgraded" my Wi-Fi, iSmartgate ground to a halt. Factory says I must do a reset, and then completely reconfigure the whole device. Absolutely unacceptable!
