I have written a complaint concerning the fact that when you look directly for online classes they appear very limited. If you are lucky enough to know which teacher you want to book, where they work you can go to the studio to see the times, however once there, even though it says live stream is an option you cannot choose this option.......the tick box option for online classes does not activate on the left column as I was advised. Now I have to call the studio and have them book me on, really defeats the choice of having online bookings. Frustrating as the site hasn’t gotten any better!
The app crashes and sometimes out of now where. In the last couple of months it has become a lo slower and it gets stuck when scrolling down to see classes -the only option then is to close the app and try again. It also stopped linking with google calendar some time ago so o can’t really make use of the adding a reminder feature. When on the booked class screen, tapping on the top right corner to see if I can connect it that way, the app crashes.
App has max. character count for password but DOESN’T TELL THIS TO THE USER. Once you enter an unacceptable password, instead of the app displaying an error message, it transfers you to the website and AUTOMATICALLY LOGS YOU IN. This means I have temporary access to an account I will never be able to access again (if I log out). Meaning any actions I take (booking classes, etc) I will not be able to edit or change once I log out. Worse still, if you try to return to the app and log in with the (unacceptable) password which just logged you into the website, it WILL NOT WORK IN THE APP, leading to a confusing and frustrating vicious circle.
