The app won’t consistently create my fitness report without errors. Also, the healthy ranges seem inaccurate compared to WebMD and other medical journals. There's no option to toggle certain measurements, and the app fat shames you instead of just telling you your the values. It also tells you BMI for some reason which makes no sense when it tell you body fat percentage, which is a more accurate measurement. It also keeps recommending me to be a weight that is unhealthy (lower than my muscle weight on its own) and won't give me any options to change it. If you want to lose weight/track gym progress try a different option.
Took a few weeks to come in. I didn’t realize it was coming from out of the USA. In appearance it is a nice looking scale. Had to figure out how to change weight to lbs. Height no option to change. Set up directions was not very informative, but I was able to figure it all out in a few minutes. App downloaded well and connected to my iPhone immediately. I had recent doc appointment that gave me all of my numbers and this report is accurate to my docs report. So I think it’s great once you set it up. I do love that you can print out a pdf file with all of your readings. Each section gives you a synopsis as the why’s & what is going on in a particular reading. This helps me to strive to make better choices in those areas. I love the graph chart that has my goal weight set and each time I weigh in, it is graphed. It is encouraging to me to see the graph line going lower and lower! At this point my only complaint would be to be able to utilize a normal settings menu. This app says settings, but there are no settings. Also, the scale has voice command to get on scale (can choose male or female voice), and it will say what your weight is (this may be useful to some people).
I started using my scale yesterday, it took forever to connect but once it finally did I thought all of the information was great. I used it again this morning and I have nothing from yesterday. And it said that I weighed myself at 8pm when it was around 740 am. I don’t like how I can’t adjust any of the settings. The app is not very user friendly. Also is not set to my time zone so the scale is measuring everything incorrectly day and time wise. This needs to be fixed
