The new user interface is a lot worse than the older one. There’s a worse layout and more steps to check recent transactions which is what i primarily use mobile banking for. Text runs over itself in places, and you can’t access messages as if you scroll to the bottom of the menu, it sits underneath the log out button, and if you hold down to scroll it higher, you cant click it while holding the scroll.

The system Before was way better and easier, Now , one month i was able to pay threw the app, and now all of sudden it doesn't let me again, keeps redirecting you to old page. This is even after doing all the steps that they tell you to do . Does the same thing while on desktop.

Navigating away at any point in setting up the new app - for example, to access a password manager app - will kick you out and force you to return to the initial login screen. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve seen so much so it makes me want to stop doing business with this bank.
