This is an excellent app for booking & keeping track of all your times, even details members spending by categories (pro shop, golf, food, etc). I’m a Falcon Lakes member and I really like this app. Everything on it works great and is easy to understand. The phone app is actually a lot easier to use than using a computer, I think. SJR

Booked a round a few hours away from home because the course was kind of on the way to a family event. Good price for 2 players, 18 holes, and cart. Unfortunately, the course received some rain a few days prior to my booking-I had no idea it was soaked. The following morning (the day we would be playing) the course sent an early morning text informing me the course would not be allowing carts and holes 4-7 were closed. I quickly called the course to confirm and then cancelled my round. I then emailed Chronogolf of the situation and the cancellation and they said there’s nothing they can do but give me a rain check. Im not making that trip again for golf, the course isn’t worth that trip. I simply wanted a refund which they refuse. I guess they can advertise something and take payment even if what they advertise is not reality.

I just had a really frustrating experience at Old Mill. I booked a 3:10 tee time through Chronogolf last week and showed up today 2.5 hours early to try out some new clubs. I checked in at the pro shop and confirmed I was all set for 3:10. At 3:00, I was told I was on deck. Then around 3:05, they called my name and told me to head to the pro shop. When I got there, I found out they had given my tee time away to someone in the men’s league. What made it worse was hearing a group of guys laughing before this happened—one of them said something along the lines of “I’m good, so-and-so pushed someone out so I can go with you guys.” I didn’t catch the name, but it was clear someone intentionally bumped me. Not sure who is to blame, and I don’t know if this was a one-off situation or if this is how guests are treated here, but it left a bad impression. I am unsure of why to book a tee time almost a week in advance just to get screwed and be a total waste my time.
