Before the update this app was amazing, there were so many options and it was easier to use, now it’s subscription based, less options, and it’s buggy I should have never updated it. I hope the developer returns back the old images and shapes. And I bought this app now I have to buy it again?!?!? Please return the old images!!!!!

I purchased this app sometime ago and need to restore it after resetting my phone. Each time I try to restore I receive an error message. I am also unable to repurchase the app because I receive a message indicating I have already purchased the app. I tried to use the app support, but the developer’s entire website is written in Chinese. I reached out to Apple Support and they said there is nothing they can do to restore the app. The developer has to be contacted. So hopefully the developer will see this message and help me restore the app.

After trying several word cloud apps, I reluctantly, and with great frustration, downloaded Word2Art telling myself that if it works, I will write my first app review ... EVER! Well, it worked like a charm. Interestingly, all the logistics were super accurate. It was easy to use. And beyond the very reasonable price, I was not pushed to pay for extra features. Well done!!
