Unable to pair
Unable to pair with my iPhone 14 max pro. The pairing window disappears immediately so I’m unable to press “pair” button. iOS 17.

So difficult to get started!
The app is supposed to help you have a quick start, but our family struggled to get started. There are videos in the app, but cannot stop them not go back, just need to watch the video from the beginning. The paper documentation doesn’t help neither. Clearly the app is not aligned with the quality of the product.

Inutile et obsolète
L’application est totalement inutile. Elle est présentée comme un « coach de repassage », mais n’est en fait qu’une bibliothèque de vidéos explicatives qu’on pourrait tout aussi bien consulter sur YouTube (et ce serait plus pratique, pauses, retour-en-arrière, …) De plus, l’application n’est pas régulièrement mise à jour (derrière version il y a 2 ans), et les formats des iPhone 12 et supérieurs ne sont pas pris en charge. Sans parler de la connexion Bluetooth, une galère à faire le couplage, je n’ai jamais vu ça. Lamentable pour un produit de 1400. Le « connecté » n’est qu’un argument de vente, il n’apporte aucun avantage à la version offline.
