Excellent Service, Always on time

I just took an elite taxi from LowerEarley to Reading train station. The taxi arrived earlier than I expected. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. The car was clean and immaculate and the journey was quick and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone who asked me to use Elite taxis. The car was a Black Toyota LM59NVV. Did not get the drivers name but please thank him from me for an excellent service.

I was able to make a taxi booking on Elite Cars Wokingham from slow plane WiFi. Luckily I added a message with my flight number and arrival time, because when I received a notification asking ‘how was your ride?’ 5 hours early, I rechecked my booking and it’d moved to 4 hours early. Also the message history was missing and the taxi couldn’t be tracked, I think because when I landed the app had deleted the booking. So, the pickup was still a success but lots of confusion with this app. The same app had worked fine in the past with a booking made in the UK.
