The Psychic Tarot-John Holland

I purchased this app years ago and have used it fairly regularly. I was forced to pay again about a year or two ago when I switched phones, and I learned later that I shouldn’t have to. Well ever since the IOS 13 update, the app stopped working and was crashing. I go to App Store, download again and it finally looks updated but now asking me to pay again! Right now I’m using the trial version but this is unfair that I have paid twice already and now being asked again. What’s this about? Otherwise, this is an amazing app and find my readings to be accurate. But Not sure if it’s worth being forced to pay for it over and over. Restore purchases clearly doesn’t work!

I used this app for the 7 day free trial to see if I would like it enough to buy the physical deck in the future. I finally bought the deck today but haven’t opened it yet because I wanted to leave the app version a review. The card images are beautiful and in the deck book it provides in the app is brilliant! Very in-depth and helps you increase your psychic gifts and intuitive abilities. He did a lovely job with this deck! I have his physical deck, ‘Psychic tarot for the heart oracle,’ and it’s great! I definitely recommend this app!

I purchased this app previously and enjoyed it! I didn’t use it very often but when I was feeling at a loss about something I would open the app, select cards and enjoy the reading. I emailed some of the reading to friends and family just to ‘show off’ about what was to come and to brag that details of a reading were usually pretty accurate (although vague unless you had something to put it into context) But now it wants me to re-purchase it? None of my previously saved readings will display 😢 I’ve had it for a few years and there was never anything that made to believe I would need to purchase it more than once. The app is up to date with the latest release and I’ve tried clicking the icons for support but the Hayworth mobile site leads me in circles! Even the form to ‘contact us’ won’t allow me to enter any variables. I’m bummed and I hate to whine but I want my app back, please.
