I have tried to post my review with a complete list of all of the many bugs in this program and every time I do, the review never shows up. I am a software engineer and I would think the people who write this program would be interested in seeing the list of bugs and how to reproduce them. There are so many as to make the program essentially useless. But my reviews never post. And there is no way to contact them directly because if you click the "app support" button it takes you to their website… Which doesn't exist. There is literally no way to contact these people.

The app often crashes when I’m trying to export my recorded data .. unreal.. not to mention sometimes it will stop measuring second by second and start measuring every 2 seconds 3 seconds etc which means I miss important data.. I like that it mirrors the device on my phone but the app has some serious bugs.. record your data but can even export it ..

They seem to have fixed the Chinese-only bug, but haven’t loaded any English translations. So, all the buttons look like variable names. App seems to work otherwise. Using with a UT383 BT light meter, which by itself is awesome. If they improve this app so I can robustly log the data, this becomes five stars for me.
