SmartMixin Weather

This is a fantastic app, and it provides a lot of really good tools, but it’s missing the one I need the most. Using the API key from Ambient Weather, it can access data from additional temperature/humidity sensors, without having to make all the sensors besides the standard outdoor set public. But it doesn’t seem to nothing with those data other than display the current values. I have a temperature/humidity sensor in a high tunnel greenhouse. I want to share the data with someone, without having to make all my Ambient Weather data public. Mission accomplished, so far. But I want both of us to be able to see graphed information, and I’m especially interested in comparing the graphs for outdoor temperature and greenhouse temperature, to evaluate the effectiveness of passive heating and cooling. That’s not possible. All the other pieces are there, but the greenhouse data are not stored and thus can’t be graphed. I paid to upgrade, and I have no regrets, but I’m still disappointed.

I have looked at dozens of PWS apps, this is the one! Only $8.95 a year is worth the price to unlock tons of data👍 Highly recommend this app!! Update, I love all the data it’s capable of having! I still love it & it’s my go to weather data! Other than your station app for data storage it’s far the best! 5 stars!

If you own a weather station then this app is for you. I’ve got a Netatmo and this makes quickly retrieving weather data a snap. It’s much faster at retrieving the current weather information (than other apps and Netatmo). It does an amazing job at displaying charts and information plus it’s easy to use. I highly recommend this app for use with your personal weather station. Looking forward to improvements as the developer is responsive and continues to fix/release new capabilities.
