Lola.com Business Travel

After using the service several times, I am revising my review to one star. The app just doesn’t give the flexibility necessary for booking multiple leg flights. There are issues in choosing fare classes that prohibit most flights from showing up on the search. For me it is much easier to book through the various airlines after using a service like google flights to search. Also, I’ve never had a problem with my Tsa ktn before using this service several times and they just can’t ever seem to get it right. The customer service is still timely and attentive for the most part but has trouble coming up with resolutions to glitches in the service. They mostly will resolve issues by cancelling the reservation when encountered with a problem, which is the only positive I can say at this time. This would be nice for personnel use on single leg flights but just doesn’t seem robust enough to be useful for complicated business travel.

I very rarely write reviews on anything, however Lola truly has been one of the most helpful apps and services I've used in a long time. I know they've shifted their model to focus more on business travel, but in the two times I've used them to book personal travel (a trip to Puerto Rico last year and for my honeymoon in Europe this year) my experience with them has been absolutely wonderful. I can't explain how much of a relief it is to have a travel professional help sort out the best itinerary and hotel options as opposed to trying to navigate it myself! And the speed, quality and customer service level in which they are able to answer my questions and provide their recommendations is remarkable. Keep up the good work Lola team!

I love that Lola learns what I like about hotels and recommends similar ones or past stays. Makes finding and booking hotels so fast. And so important that I get points for my flight and hotel bookings! AND the service is awesome. Once I’m booked, the agents take care of everything else. Especially when I need to make a change or need something extra. Love this app, love the service!
