Homeis

I came across homeis sponsored ad in facebook targeting, caters and made for immigrants, in our case for Filipinos as one of the many groups within the app, thus Homeis Filipinos. That was November 12, 2020 and I love it, you get to express yourself and tell your stories with the questions made, others react and do the same, relatable to their life stories and conversation starts, and later on you have a new homeis friend and even more, friends from different states in the US. The possibilities are endless, very helpful to immigrants at the right time, for all ages, in so many ways. Thank you so much homeis for making this app for us immigrants. Honestly is so stressful, for example on the list to post a job or looking for the job they are all mix, on the session to look for jobs they asking for jobs and the session for providing your service asking if someone wants to hide them they also put all toda her so we don’t know who is hiring or looking to be hired nah.! In apartments for rent people are making no sense putting I’m looking for a room like there is another session for who is looking and who is offering omg is SO stupid I wanted to be part of this app to find my people from the Dominican Republic but there is people from all over the place making no type of sense.! This app need more work and more team member to verification on where things and post really belong so we don’t be so confused with the people who are putting this where they don’t belong.! Is so simple to read and post where it should be post.’ So dissatisfied

I understand this app is made for only immigrants and expats but as a person who generally just wants to get to know people from other countries and learn about their culture and language I can’t help but feel excluded from this app. I believe would be great for Americans who were born here and I suppose didn’t have the “immigration experience” but want to get to know people from around the world. In their community, I hope this makes sense. Thank you!!! It’s a great app but to my understanding not made for me.
