Great work, but ignore the complaints
The job was excellently executed, and the supervisor we contacted by phone was great. However, the plumbers themselves were not easy to talk to. Despite a job well done, they kept complaining about the work so we had to keep on ignoring them. They also denied our request to get a receipt for the materials they used when we were charged for them..
