The company has taken away the notification of alerts. This feature worked for months but has stopped. Now the alerts are still recording but there are no notifications. If you are looking for a security camera go elsewhere because this company is not delivering on its advertised features. I’ve been using the app for several months and it has worked well as a stand-alone app, but it falls short on its integration with Alexa. The product claims to work with Alexa, but the app and Alexa controls are independent so if the cameras are enabled by Alexa, the app still shows I’m home, indicating that the cameras are not enabled. Integration is needed between these two methods of controlling the cameras. Also, when the cameras are turned on via Alexa and are triggered by motion or sound, no alert is sent to the user. The user should get the same alert independent of the way the cameras are enabled. Goal is to have Alexa location services turn on system when departing and turn off system when returning automatically while having ability to receive alerts if cameras are triggered. That would be a HUGE advance.

I have the power strip with 4 plugs and 4 USB ports. This is a nice idea but the glitches are ANNOYING!!!! I set things the way I want them but things are randomly changed. I don’t want the power saver on but it sometimes randomly turns on. I have a salt lamp I want in during the day and evening. Sometimes it sets things for 00:00 so my light turned in at MIDNIGHT. I don’t want my USB turned off. Sometimes my light turns in and off randomly. It would be great if the app issues were corrected. Also, if there is a way to name the switches I have not figured it out.

Recommend you return the product. Does not work. Downloaded app and followed all instruction for the smart plug. After successfully creating the account I could not sign in. Call technical support. They said it is a known issue with the app since the last update. They said I would have to wait till the new update came out. They had no idea how long it would be. According to the App Store this app was last updated 3 months ago. So it’s been a known issue for 3 months. Will be returning. Recommend you save your time and frustration and don’t buy or if already bought just return.
