I like this app because it allows you to choose the speed and also allows you to select the number of cycles.

This is a solid app that helps me pace my sun salutes in the morning. Makes it easy to get it done. Would be great to be able to switch between 1 or 2 more different flows just for variations. This app also doesn’t send data to the health app so my workouts aren’t recorded.
