Moodo

I was so excited about this Moodo and I waited so long to get it just to be disappointed. 1st the app is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It crashes every time and doesn’t read the scents or save them like it’s supposed to. I kept hoping they would update it but it has yet to happen. There also is not a turn off timer... so you can set a timer for it to turn on every day but not turn off, so what’s the point of a timer to turn it on if it’s already on?? 2nd the scents do not last near as long as advertised. Mine lasted two weeks tops on half power (supposed to last 90 days on half power). They also are not very strong, even if you do use it on full power, you can’t smell it unless you’re no more than 2ft away. For something so expensive, unfortunately as of now it is not worth it!

Similar to the other reviews, I too had problems initially connecting. That being said, the connection issues have been fixed and I just recently connected with no problems! Once I got connected, the navigation of the app was extremely easy. Now that all the kinks are fixed, I highly recommend this product!

I purchased my Moodo through IndieGoGo. I’m very pleased with the product. The customer service has been wonderful. The setup using their wizard gave me an issue. I use my Moodo on my iPhone with AT&T service. The wizard asked me to use a personal hotspot to connect to WiFi. The problem is for me to upgrade my AT&T to include a personal hotspot would cost me $27 more than I’m currently paying AT&T. This initially was a problem. Then I connected Moodo’s customer service. They sent me a link to create a work around. The link really helped and within minutes I had my Moodo connected. I needed to create a guest WiFi for Moodo. With that simple fix I’m enjoying the delicious scents of Moodo’s many family of scents. I feel like a scent DJ as I’m about to adjust my scent to my exact liking. A perfect add on to my man cave.
