I experienced a bad service when hired the first ride and decided it would be the last. They charged me 50% extra because i stopped by a shop on the way for less than 10 min and the amount was charged to credit card directly without informing me. I was not even informed that the stop would cost me that much. I called the service number twice to report my claim and in both times they responded that they filed a ticket but they never did or called back. If i knew the trip would cost me that much i would’ve hired the ride through Careem which is more reliable and customer oriented service.

I downloaded the app on my iPhone (IOS 12.3.1). Unfortunately, the location service and the notification services did not work. The app was not present in any of the lists. I removed the app and downloaded again, still, no luck. I had to use my son’s galaxy phone to use the app (it worked). The app is good but it has many bugs.....petty

I used the app yesterday the first time and again this morning. This has by far been my best experience with a car service in Kuwait. There is just no comparison with anyone else.
