NBC Oklahoma Banking App

This latest version does not subtract pending debits like it used to, giving me an instant overview of what my balance will be once a check or debit clears. I trust the banks math over my own and it’s a hassle for me to do it myself. Wish this version did that. Also it would be fantastic if I could mark or check off for myself on the app when I have accounted for a debit in my checkbook. Wish the app would work alongside my checkbook then it would be just about perfect.

Always keeps saying I don’t have connection and it always says I need to contact customer support but when I do they don’t even help with anything because nothing is wrong! FIX YOUR DANG APP!

I love NBC bank they've always been extremely good about helping me with anything I need to know about my account. With the old website I could see how much I would be receiving the day before my paycheck would deposit, when my payments for my credit lines would be coming out of my account, and where and how I was spending my money. Unfortunately, not only is the app lacking most of these items, so is the new website. I will be going back to withdrawing my money from the atms and using a small book to keep track of my money, because of the unreliability of the new site and this app.
