So my job started using this app for our trainings. I was just informed that I have to redo a bunch of my modules. Now I know the time I’ve put into my training watching each video. Taking the time to read the slides. I need to do it for my job, might as well pay attention and take in the knowledge. I’ve noticed some glitches . The handbook one had said 100% completed. Awesome. The next day it said 96% . So confused I clicked back through. Maybe I missed a slide. Took the test again. Nothing still 96%. Now today it says 50% . And saying I spent 18 seconds. On a 18 min module . Which is wrong. Which now they are resetting 15 of the modules. Thought the app was a cool way of training. But it has glitches it needs to work out. Because I am not a happy user .
