Useless App - Don’t Download
I’ve never seen such a complex registration process for a bus ticket 😂. Requires SEPA bank info, local address, etc. Just use a different public transport app like OMIO or pay cash. What a joke.

Schlechteste Mobilitätsapp, >15 Minuten Anmeldeprozess
Selten so eine schlechte Umsetzung gesehen. In 2024 will man im Bus mit Karte zahlen, geht nicht. Also schaut man in der Bahn App: Vorschlag 34€ für ein Baden-Württemberg Ticket für zwei. Offensichtlich keinerlei Integration. Also sucht man online wie man digital sein bus ticket bezahlen kann. Mit dieser App! Also 200MB runterladen (mehr als z.B. Instagram...) und der Spaß beginnt. Von Konto registrieren zu Email Adresse bestätigen dann zweimal eingeben dass man keine Werbung will dann noch gesamte Adresse, Geburtsdatum und Co. Konto ist angelegt! Okay nur fix zahlen jetzt. Dann wollt ihr tatsächlich ein SEPA Lastschrift Mandat?? Mit IBAN, Unterschrift und allem. Kein Apple Pay okay aber kein PayPal, kein Sofortüberweisung, keine Kreditkarte... Bei dem Schritt waren wir dann auch schon am Ziel. Der Produktmanager dieser App sollte ein Berufsverbot bekommen, also wirklich noch nie so einen schlechten Onboarding Prozess gesehen.

Es gibt gar kein Weg ein TINK zu mieten.
