No frills app, but I was able to use it and get a pick up in an area where grab didn’t service. So sure, some updates are warranted, but it got the job done!

Uber figured out how to provide a superb app, seamless payment and great customer experience in 2009. It’s 2022 and Mai Linh still hasn’t figured it out. You can’t even trust if the auto payment with credit card will work properly. Bank shows transaction gone trough and driver says he still wants money. A disgrace to the Vietnamese people. I think I still have to use apps like Grab and Be because I’m sure Mai Linh will take about 12 more years to get this done properly. If they are even relevant in 2034.
