The ads are a bit slow but altogether not bad. It’s a solid game of koi koi and I have fun with it. If there were an English option it would be four star and if the ads were a little faster it’d be five star. This is a good product overall, could be better but can’t really complain much.
This is a fun game to play, even with the language barrier. It’s easily one of the easiest and good looking Hanafuda apps I’ve played. The Google Translate app can translate screencaps, so use that for some of the tricky menu text. You need to know how to play Hanafuda though, because it would be super hard to learn through this app alone. Read up on the rules, then play with this! You can even use tickets (that you earn thru watching ads or daily bonuses) to decorate an avatar that can represent you in online matches! So all around, this is a very neat app!
I learned how to play koi koi on a game boy about ten years ago and I had problems playing this version just because of the language barrier. If you had an English option my rating would be five stars for sure. The graphics are great and it is playable even without knowing what you’re doing.
