Makes it easier to book, compared to going to a website or calling. But super glitchy. The app “rebooted” itself four times today, throwing me out of the reservation flow in the middle of booking a reservation. Making me start all over each time. Has been doing that for ahile now. Also, I climb at more that one gym and they make it impossible to switch between gyms to book. You can have one, or the other, but not both.

This app allows you to schedule a class or climbing session (albeit with a lot of effort). However, the user interface experience is awful. There’s no simple way to view the classes you’ve schedule in a calendar mode (it shows you in a list that is out of order). Even when you look at the class schedule you can’t see which ones you’ve already booked—you have to go back to the list (that’s in no intuitive spot) and try to decipher which spots you’ve signed up for. Also, scheduling requires you to type in your address EVERY time; the app won’t save that information for me. All around, the app does the bare minimum and then calls it a day. Please have someone redesign this into a functional app.

The app works well for signing up for classes in under a minute, as it can store all your user information and autofill forms. It also has an easy-to-use interface. It is lacking in the ability to cancel a reservation from the app (or at least I haven't been able to) and would be helpful to have more info about upcoming community/calendar events and hours of operation (or changes in hours).
