Thank your Tonk League for creating an app that teleports us back to the joys of simple family fun. Having live players, a bit of dialogue options, daily perks, having a friend base, all provide a great way to get the nostalgia back and keep a tradition of playing Tonk alive.

Just say no to "PAY TO WIN"

There’s still a number of fixes that need to be done on this app. One, is, although there are different levels of bedding tables, there’s no way to bet on individual hands, the bets are all fixed at 80 coins. Also, when cannot choose three out of four cards if you have a four card spread. For example, if I had four sevens and a six to match one of them and my opponent has the 8,9,10 of the same suit, I can’t lay 3 7’s and then hit my opponent with the two s suit cards leaving me a single card at the end.

I love playing this game, but I have two issues with it. One, it will not allow me to play a private table with one of friends anymore. Every time we click to play with each other it says that we’re busy and we’re not. Two, since I’ve downloaded the game it will not allow me to select the bet that I would like to select. It automatically puts me in the league. At first, I thought it was due to the amount of coins I had but I had well over enough to be able to choose the bet I would like to. It’s becoming frustrating. Please fix this or tell me how on my end. Thank you!

A little history about the game:
Also known as “Tunk”, “Texas Tunk” or “Knot” it is a kind of knock rummy card game that has now become wildly popular in the US. It was popular with blues and jazz musicians in southern Louisiana in the 1930’s and 1940’s, including Duke Ellington's orchestra, and was played during breaks in the back rooms of bars.
Tonk League has all the rules of the original card game and while is it played with 5 cards it is somewhat similar to Gin Rummy.
Diamond club membership requires purchase of a Subscription, details of which are below:
• Weekly Auto-renewable subscription
• Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew weekly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage (or Restore) your subscription including cancelling it from the Settings Menu
