RNSB Mobile Banking

The latest update of this banking app has been very disappointing. All saved beneficiaries were deleted, forcing users to add them again. Even worse, old e-statements have disappeared and recent transactions cannot be downloaded. Now customers must visit the bank and pay for printed statements, which defeats the purpose of a digital banking app.

It’s been more than 24 hrs and I’m still not able to login. It keep saying something went wrong and no sign what’s wrong. Pathetic app. RNSB you’re in banking “service”. At least spend little more money and hire a good technical team because app and mobile banking are necessary and non-negotiable service now a days. You should understand that.

I have facings problem of paid loan emi when i have selected use register payee so show not add any payee and i processing for add register payee so i can see you have already pay this account. I have requested pleases resolution this type of error otherwise i have complaints against bank because this type of error is affecting my CIBIL score. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
