Meridian Qigong Exercises

I’m very happy to see the app for Qigong practices. I heard about it and was thinking to get a book for that. Thanks for making an app. The content is unique and I’m starting to practice it. Although it is the content that matters the most but there must be a good user experience for the motivation to use the app. I hope that I’ll get the results as described.

This app feels just like the guy in China town that I go to for this. Very similar experience so now I can finally do my practice anywhere in the world
