This credit union has always been good to me whether purchasing a vehicle or having to put cash down for a large purchase. They have very polite employees who go beyond their normal job to help you. I really love the choice to skip December payment or not. Makes for a better experience.

This app for the past year has had a lot of glitches that I have had to numerous times call in to report. For quite some time there was no way to efficiently set up alerts on your accounts or cards so that they reflected in real time. an alert it let you know 9 to 24 hours after a charge has been made is not helpful if that charge is fraudulent and that is exactly what happened on one of my cards. finally that was figured out however it took a lot of work and required me to go into one of the branches to receive help on how to set it up. Apparently there had been a software change but many members were not made aware of this. Secondly as of the past five months my screen showing a list of all my accounts continues to fluctuate in the order they are listed. in about that and a representative walked me through on how to reset it however it consistently changes randomly. IT Department needs to seriously take a look at all the system glitches because there's a lot

I’ve been with HTFFFCU since I was a kid because my dad was a fireman. The app is easy to log into to check my balances, transfer funds, and pay my credit card. I love this credit union for the low interest rates and fast customer service!
