Pipefy - Workflow & Processes

I have used Pipefy for my business for the last 2 years and have accepted the bugs in exchange for being able to use the free version for my small business. But now, as of last week, I am blocked out of my account (which I rely on for my business) and am being for told I can only regain access if I upgrade. Up pops a screen that shows me all of these metrics that IF I exceed them, I have “exceeded the free version” and must upgrade. HOWEVER, on the chart THEY DISPLAY, I am far from the limits in all aspects! I checked forums and this is happening to many other users; they’re trying to for e upgrades on erroneous claims of overage! Then, I reached out over 8 times to the customer support and EVERY TIME they respond with an automated response that says “we can’t help; you exceeded the limits.” YOU ARE LITERALLY SHOWING ME THAT I DID NOT. And I am now unable to run my business; the way I generate income and feed my family!

Really love the simplicity of the app! If I had a request for a future update, it would only be to allow an easy way to view database records. But it’s a great app - having easy access on my phone was a game changer for me

The app is lightweight and offers the basic functionality of the website. Love it! The Platform itself is exceptional, I use this app primarily for notifications when a card is moved or other activity I define.. or as a reminder when I need to know the status of a particular card. Other features/ uses appear to still be in dev. Mode. Pipefy is seriously so helpful! You get what you’d expect from a 1.2 version release, still missing some bells/ whistles, but ignore other reviews who complain about this. Have they ever built an app? Takes time..
