The general concept behind the app is ok but it's a major oversight that you are not able to switch between different countries if you're holding an Amex card in more than one place. Country selection is only possible upon initial setup after installing the app. Hope it gets fixed.

No US option and enrolling into member benefits via a default option isnāt working, you get a ābenefit declined, benefit available only for Platinum card membersā even though I have platinum card. I had to call a phone number on the back of the card to get enrolled and find more information, which is both taking my time and AmEx time, lose-lose.
