I decided to go to school at 39. I was struggling a bit with ADHD and collage work. I was recommended Binaural Beats by Gemini AI to help. I started using it daily and found I was able to focus much better. I feel that its helped me retain much better too. I have been using 40 over 80 while leaning, and 1 over 20 to help move info from short term memory, to long term memory. This was the app that I liked the best out of all the options available. Thank you!
I will see if I can do this quickly. I have used these Binaural apps for several years. There are about three that I would recommend, and one of them is one that I paid for. Of course, that didn’t give me many extra options, but I knew what I was upgrading to, so I was fine. This app does not drag you down with ads at all. The creator of the app does not download any of your content except “identifiers,” and they aren’t even associated with your account. This app is compatible with the current iOS operating system, and it’s up to iOS 17.6 I think. So no crashing, it’s free, and well worth your try. Developers doing very good job. ~ Chris ~
I’ve always had problems with insomnia and this is by far the best app I’ve found for helping me sleep. It never takes me more than a few minutes to pass out when I’m listening to a 5-7hrz difference. The longest it’s taken me to fall asleep when using this app is 10 minutes, but it’s rare for it to take that long. That is really good because without this app I used to take an hour or more to fall asleep. It’s also really good for meditation. I like that it tells you the different categories for brain wave frequencies during different states of mind so you can choose and use the tones without knowing much about the science behind it. Very high quality app. The only new feature I would recommend is that the tones keep playing even while adjusting the sliders so that I can more easily fine the most pleasant tune for me.
