Switcher - Smart Home

It’s hard to keep the water warm during the day in the winter. At a minimum, allow 24 schedules - app currently limited to 8 schedules, which means one every 3 hours of the day, that’s far from being enough and also much worse than a simple mechanical timer than provides 15-minute resolution (96 time slices per day). Other wishes: sort the schedules list by starting time (current sorting looks random); allow user to input mains voltage and price per kWh as current cost calculation is off; allow Auto Shutdown of less than an hour.

I had an issue with my device and they offered to fix it for free even though it was out of warranty. Service was very reponsive and they even fixed a big without me having to send my unit it. The app could use some improvements. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars. Thanks Switcher. Keep up the good work!

A “smart home” app that doesn’t work with smart home devices? Google? Siri? Can’t we do better than this by now? Often upon opening, the app doesn’t know or misleads about the status of the boiler. More than I nce when I opened it, it was lit red and counting that it had been on for 30 minutes when it was, in fact, off the whole time. Not Good.
