This app makes transferring easy and quick. I am able to check my account and recent purchase with ease and if any issues arise, the staff are quick and pleasant to work with.

Poorly designed and poor prompts. App does not provide proper prompts to differentiate between front and back of check. Does not allow for review of images before submitting. Failures are not identified leaving the impression the check was deposited when in fact it was not due to unspecified failure

Every time I open the app or web site is a new experience and level of frustration! Never works the same way twice. What should take minutes usually becomes a long waste of time trying to accomplish anything. This isn’t my first time with the app either. I’ve been enduring the frustration for years. Most often I give up and try another day. Really wish they would do something about the log in process.
