I get results
The app is very user friendly. I log my concerns frequently. The adm is very responsive. I agree with reviewers that the adm is not detailed on how the issue was resolved/closed but point is, my issues have been addressed.

Freezes up
Mid way through a request it won’t allow you to finish and submit. Is there another way to file a report outside of the app?

App works well- Service is what’s horrible
I’m not sure what the point of an app to submit complaints is, if they are immediately Closed without any update, instruction, suggestion, or explanation. Sure, you get to report things you think are wrong or dangerous… but what good is reporting anything when nothing is done, the complaint is never answered or addressed, or your request is just deleted. Thanks for having a platform to complain, now you just have to work on the ACTUALLY doing something part.
